Kicker question....?

my new boat has a 26 " transom ...so do I need a long or short shaft kicker ...?.........mike

I would say you may need a extra long shaft unless you install a kicker mounting bracket or a jack plate.

Is it 26" where the kicker is mounted? I have a 25" transome with a 12 degree V and a long shaft works fine. Good Luck

XL shaft on a Yami T8 is 25"......
