Not the greatest shape, but underneath looks to be a pretty solid piece. Limbs appear to be laminated wood but the lacquer is flaking off. Found it a good while ago at my grandmother's old place, belonged to a kid she was taking care of at one time. He painted it camo but it looks like the sticker says 55# draw, 25# relax and 31'' draw.
Shot great, at least for me. Consistent groups, good power. Would put a practice head through a bale and 5/8 piece of plywood at 30 yards or so.. I'm not a archer so I guess that's decent. After a little touching up by an avid shooter it would probably make for a great beginner item.
