My Caddis sprang a leak in the main bladder last week. The leak was at the seam, so it was not repairable. I called Caddis to find out how to purchase a new bladder. They told me that because my tube was an older model (3 years old) it had a longer warranty than the newer models, which only have a two year warranty. All I had to do was send in the old bladder and they would send me a new one. No proof of purchase, no fine print, no hassles. I sent the old tube in last week and five days later I received the new bladder via UPS. My only cost was the $6 postage to send it in. I consider this great service and the fact that Caddis is a local company (McMinnville) is an added bonus. I can guarantee that my next tube will be a Caddis also.

Dbuettner-
I also just recently sprang a leak in my caddis float tube. It is a navigator I think. The one with the u shape and the big pontoons on the bottom. Just bought it last year and got a hole in the seam. I know they are local. I went to there warehouse in mcminville to get my tube. Could you clue me in on how to get a replacement bladder? Phone # address or instructions would be most appreciated. You can email me if you want. Thanks!!

Fishinbuddy - check your email. Post again if you didn't receive one from me.
