The trim harness from the switch has a booted plug on the end that connects to the trim unit. It has 3 male spades and simply plugs in. Before the rubber boot there is 2 wires with female adapters that branch off. everything came un plugged...I got the main plug back in and my tilt down works, but the 2 wires (blue and purple) come from my tilt/trim switch up arent. I don't know where they plug into .http://forums.iboats.com/clear.gifhttp://forums.iboats.com/clear.gif Now my engines stuck in the down position and I can't tow it anywhere to have anyone look at it...

Wires came loose.
Make a new one with alligator clips and make a short cut, to take
it in. This usually is an easy fix, for do it yourself.:)

The blue and purple wires go the the trim limit switch on your engine. If you connect those two together it will bypass the switch and you can then raise the engine.
Doesn't your "trailer" button work? That also bypasses the trim limit.

When I push blue and purple together on the swith the engine tilts up. They have came unplugged at the motor, not the switch. The big male adapter tilts the engine down and it is pluged back in and works. The blue and purple branch out before the big red plug and female adapters on the ends, where do these plug into?

They go to the TRIM LIMIT Switch. The trim limit switch is mounted under a plate on the starboard trim cylinder mounting bracket and a harness goes from the trim limit switch through the bracket (alongside the hydralic lines) then inside the boat to the female plugs that you refer to .
The trim limit switch function is to only allow the engine to tilt a safe range when using the trim switch on the control box.
