With the high water we are having does anyone have an idea where I could go for a steelhead this weekend?????

North Coast streams. The smaller the better. Perhaps the Siletz if it shapes up higher. With the weather report evrything should shape up by Saturday.

as long as the snow level stays low the sandy should clear by the weekend. just remember the old adage: when the river is high, fish it up high.

Went 1 for 3 on the wilson tonight (first steelie ever btw!). It was a little high but clear and dropping. Thats where I'll be.

I was up around m.p. 26 and on the bank, should be back in shape and fishable everywhere no problem by the weekend.

Oh ya, 0-2 tonight, river at 6.5 and dropping, spoons, lotsa fish but they seemed a little sluggish. Hope this helps.
