Going down to the south coast in a few weeks with my girlfriend, we we're planning on renting a yurt either near bandon or near brookings. So either the coquille or the chetco will be very close by.

I'm looking for a good place to swing flies so, if anyone could tell me about the general size/structure of these river's it would be much appreciated:flowered:

Chetco. Better access and structure better suited to swinging.

Agreed. The area around Bandon on the Coquille is not a good area to fish steelies. The better areas are above Myrtle Point and land access is hard to come by. Especially with room for a back cast.
