Blank suggestions?

I met an older gent in my neighborhood who wraps really nice rods. I want to have him wrap me a 9'6 to 10' 9 or 10 wt. with a medium fast action, and plenty of butt. This will be used exlusively for salmon fishing from my drift boat on the coastal rivers.

Looking for blank suggestions that are affordable..
