OK i'm jumping on the band waggon and building a jet ski jon boat. I haven't exactly found a donor ski yet, but grandpa owns a car lot and just picked up 2 2007 Yamaha 3 seaters for $500 bucks a peice from an auction. They would have been the perfect donor skis cause they were beat to s***...unfortunaley he already sent them to get fixed . I saw 1 thread on ifish about a guy who was building one, but does anyone else have any experience and pointers they want to share before I start cutting up skis and boats?

Look up a guy who goes by Odwill on RiverJet's website. He's made a couple neat boats and good videos, too.

I'm interested in this too but there is certainly a lack of info out there. Which route are you going to go? The fiberglass pump cutout way or build your own intake?

I'm building a 12' boat right now. I'm one voltage regulator away from having it in the water...
PM me if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer the best I could
