Mercury lower unit?

I just took apart the lower unit on my 98ish 15 horse, and its the problem (seized.) It had a pretty bent prop shaft when I got it as a bonus with my drifter.)

My question is if there may be a decent way or place to find a complete used lower unit. I priced the parts and it would be comparable to replacing the motor with a similar used one. I tried craigslist for a few days but to no avail.

You might try mel's marine in eugene. They have lots of used parts. Good look.
