Found Baikal

Found an MP153 after returning from Sandy Delta the other day. It appears the owner left it leaning against their vehicle and drove off. The gun was found fairly dirty and rusted so it may have been there overnight? I did clean it when I returned and it looks like it's in fairly good condition. It was also missing the lever for the action.

If you can validate ownership please PM me as I may ask specific questions... I would like to return it to owner.
