I have a couple reels for sale that I bought from a friend that used them on a couple long range trips. They sat in his garage for years until I bought them from him. Both reels are in excellent shape and have no problems to speak of. I used both reels a couple of times this summer for tuna. Both reels have PMP engraved on the side plate. $250 for the Penn 50 and $200 for the Penn 30. No line on either, and a few minor scratches on each reel.

So what is the line capacity of that real for 80# braid?

How much do you need? According to to the Penn website the 50 will hold 550 yards of 150lb braid plus a 50 yard 100lb topshot. I would venture to guess that you could put close to 1200 yards of 80lb braid.:D
