I have a 1999/2000 Merc 25 hp bigfoot, manual, tiller 4 stroke that came with my smokercraft. I upgraded to a 40 honda.
The merc has very little use and is in excellent condition. $2300.
Have a wedding to pay for....

Is it a long shaft and does it have a charging system on it?

yes, it is a long shaft.
I don't think it has a charging system.
