This is a very nice log (and rock) on the outside edge of the weed line!

This edge has a 7 foot drop off. It was loaded with fish this summer and that day and now I know why! This is a hot spot!

This log will hold BIG Bass and can be fished from shore!

In the summer this will have bass nearby! and in the winter too.

Rocks in the weeds. Always think about improving your spot! Drag an concrete block around the rocks to clear weeds and you will have some good fishing for months!

At times I would pull up pads to open an area around a good log so I could get a good shot at the log with a crank bait the rest of the summer!

I rowed all over the lake taking photos of anything I did not know about. I was focused on open water cover or cover on the out side of the weed lines. I found piling rows, logs, stumps, rocks, gravel bars, ledges and dropoffs. I did the same thing when making my silver lake map and I will be working on a lacamas lake map soon. I will make it available to most bassfishermen on line. I'm still hard at work trying to help the PNW bassfishermen.
Thanks!
Roger

I heard that if you cross under a small bridge you can kill 'em on the other side?

Thanks XBG! Very good photos and great intel for next year. I recognize most of the spots but two I can't figure out.

1) The pedestal deck looking thing?

2) The 7 foot drop with the skag marks? Obviously I want to know so I can fish it but also I just got my boat this year and don't want to buy a new prop just yet!

Thanks again

BK

Thank you Roger. I know that this a tremendous effort on your part to do this and just goes to show you what a giving person that you are. I don't know anyone that goes to the lengths that you do to help people and you will be rewarded, in one way or another, for your efforts. Thanks again. Bill

1) This is on the south side of the lake kind of in the middle, but maybe more towards the west end. If you leave the old boat launch you would go directly across and maybe slightly diagonal to the east. If you are leaving the old boat launch you would go towards the main lake and after you leave the no wake zone into the main lake this pedestal would be off to the left and up a couple hundred yards on the South shore.

2) This spot is just inside that last no wake buoy I was just talking about. When you are leaving the new boat launch you go through a little round lake then you go into a shallow flat that you have to stay in the middle between an island and the shore with lilly pads on the right. This picture is from that last large island on your left before you hit the main lake.

These are of course just guesses, I wasn't with him, but I am pretty sure. Roger, your awesome man. I was there Sunday and caught 15-20 perch and 1 catfish 1lb 3oz. at the end of the trail on the left at the new boat launch. It was nice. Just a crawler on the bottom.:thisbig:
