I am looking at a used Four Winns 28' boat, I have heard good things about Four Winns but am looking for some personal experience. Any good or bad to say about them?

What year four winns? Was it before after they were bought by Genmar?

Looking at a 2000 268 Vista Cruiser. Not sure if that is before or after they were purchased. Which ownership was better?
