Looking to trade a lightly used MK101 Tile saw for a fire rated gun safe. I don't care too much about brand, just a decent fire rating and a decent amount of lock cylinders around the door, preferably without electronic locking device.

If someone would rather just buy it, I'm looking to get $550 out of it. I paid $850 new for this and have installed less than 1000sqft of tile/granite with it. What's great about this brand is that they have been around for years and every part is replaceable should anything break.
