I don't have enough $$$ to fork out a few grand for some high end seats...What can a guy get in the $100 range?

I'm gonna need 4 maybe 5 new seats.

I have been looking too... one word advice, go sit on a few first. I bought some off ebay that had a "lifetime Warranty" and looked really nice. The base broke the first time out and the seats are crap. I have already pulled them out. They were about 80/seat. The person I bought them from won't step up on the warranty, so I am kinda SOL.

Also Joes in Delta Park had a few seats on clearance yesterday. They had the tempress seats that are normally 139 on sale for 99.99. The selection was limited though...

Later,

Chris

It's not necessarily up to the seller to honor the warranty, unless you bought direct from the manufacturer. I'd try contacting the actual manufacturer of the seat... If you are the first/original owner of a brand-new seat, the manufacturer should honor the warranty.

Some manufacturers, however, won't warranty items of theirs sold on Ebay though, since there is no way to guarantee the transaction was from dealer to consumer vs individual to individual. If this is the case you may be SOL, but that's a risk you take with e-commerce. I prefer and recommend to shop local "brick and morter." You may pay a little more, but you'll be better taken care-of if there's a problem.

I don't wish for anyone to experience a problem with a purchased product, but it's buyer-beware with internet purchases.
