Thinking of selling our piece of heaven on the Salmonberry. The kids have entered the age of summer camps so we don't get down there often enough. No buildings on the property.

Just under 4 acres near the mouth.
600' of river frontage.
Spring on property shared w/ neighbors.
Great swimming hole.
Passed the template test w/ Tillamook County to be eligible for building, but we didn't take it any further.
Beautiful spot... peaceful.
$70k

so this is right next to where the bridge was before the storm?

There is a large property right by the former site of the bridge (Salmonberry Lodge)... we are just upstream of that property.

I called Tillamook public works last week and the person I spoke with said "a temporary replacement is in the works". She did not have an idea of when it would be done.

bump :D Sheesh... time goes by fast. Couldn't bring myself to part with it before but its now time. We bought some acreage and built a new home in the trees so I should be able to get regular attitude adjustments.

Terrain ranges from sloped to steep with a small level area big enough for a cozy cabin. Ideal place to park an rv or do something creative like a container cabin (see post 10)

New price... $60k.

emails and pm's replied to... thanks.

Looks like the links in my previous email were moderated... my oops... I thought it was ok to post links to websites that are not selling things and have nothing to do with any sponsors. One of the links was to this cool all-terrain cabin in New Zealand (not for sale, just an idea)...

Still available. Lots of emails and pms asking for pics... sorry, don't have any. Pics wouldn't do this place justice.... it is a magical piece of Oregon and a great escape.

Happy to drive down with any serious buyers.
