Timothy Lake 6/26-6/27

Fished Timothy Lake this weekend. The water was 68.2 on the surface. Fishing was ok for the planter rainbow trout over on the north end of the lake, only caught 1 small kokanee. All of the fish caught had parasites, probably due in part to the warm water. Wedding ring spinner (orange bead w/copper blade) was the hot ticket...also caught fish on pink apex, rebel crawdad and the old stand-by black rooster tail.

Crawdad traps were full after a 3 hour soak using a shad fillet for bait.

I was also at Timothy lake on 6/27 ....... Like S2 said it was a decent day for the stockers.... and the wedding ring was the top producer although green w/ brass blade was the hot ticket in our boat.

and the crawdading was decent with full pots with only a couple of hours soak...

two bags of crab boil, cup of salt, xtra cayanne and 10 min...you get
