Tuna Classic and Live Bait

[Tackle Time Bait and Charters]

We are working on having LIVE BAIT this Saturday. This is for the Tuna Classic held every year. But it all depends on the local seiner. If he catches bait, then we'll have it available. Our 36 foot boat called the Elijah will be moored in Hammond. All bait has to be pre-ordered and paid in cash only at the Tackle Time office the day before. Then you can take your cash register receipt and hand it to the person on the Elijah. No bait will be sold at the boat. And you will have to hang on to their receipt in order to get live bait. They will fish all day and into the evening. He'll call me and let me know if they caught bait or not. This is all new this year. And I'm sure there might be some problems at first. But we will do everything we can to make things work.
