Anyone been out to hagg lately? I'm looking to head out this weekend.

Husband & I were there last weekend, fished the morning and caught 7 trout, most in the 12"-13" range. All were caught with the Gulp Rainbow Candy powerbait. We will probably be back out there this coming weekend also. Good luck to you! :)

We found them at 38'.

last saturday 6-9 am caught 7 kept 3 all around 20', fish are scattered, spent more time searching than usual but they are biting if you can find em. 74 degrees and lots of wavemaker, noise blarer boats by 9. get there early or go somewhere else for peace and quiet. I personally wouldn't go there after noon this weekend.

7-26 6am to 8am, 1 rod, no bites. marked a few at 30 feet and lower, but no takers. couldn't seem to find em, saw none netted on shore or in other boats. first skunk this year, probably last trip till sptember or later. 75 degrees and down about 8-10 foot from full.

A very slow day for us too. :( Two of us, 5 hours, 2 trout. Tried every color of power bait in a number of depths, no bites. Switched to trolling & caught the 2, lost 4 or 5. We will probably go try for sturgeon next time out. I have yet to catch a keeper. :pray:

Went out Saturday with some friends. Caught around 14, kept 8, had at least that many drive buys. Started out slow. Had to go to 3oz. of weight to get down to them. Wedding rings, gulp and worms worked for us.
