I haven't been to Timothy Lake for a number of years, but if I remember correctly there weren't docks at any of the boat ramps. Does anyone know if this is still the case? We would like to go, but need a dock for a person with 'physical limitations' to be able to get on the boat. Also, are the boat ramps deep enough for a 19' boat? Thanks in advance for any info you can give. :)

The ramp nearest the dam is concrete and capable of launching a boat that size. No dock though.
There is a small rickety "dock" at the Oak Fork Campground Ramp. That ramp has a very shallow slope though and you would have to back way out to get off the trailer. I don't know how far out the concrete goes there.
I guess you could launch at the dam and then meet your crew over at the small dock?

the dock at Oak fork is mostly gone at this point...... just enough of it to barley make it into the water.....and it's way to shallow there to get a boat that big in&out easy. I would suggest using the ramp closest to the dam and......the water gets deep fairly fast and I have had no problems launching my 18' boat their. Good luck
