Is it impossible to catch bass here? For me I guess so. I am going to Hagg lake 3 times a week and catching nothing, Im using a senko carolina rig as well or a texas. Im fishing from the bank, where are the best spots to go? I move around the lake all day and right now everything is all dried up and shallow. Do I need a boat to catch these fish?

You do not need a boat, but it would help in catching more bass in a day.
#1 get to the lake EARLY!!!!!!! Start fishing in the dark.
#2 fish wood or/and points.
#3 be prepaired to move alot.
#4 fish around docks if you can (like the docks at boat ramp C).
At Hagg lake and many other lakes the bass move shallow at night to feed on bait fish. I did see this several times this morning! Bass push the bait fish to the shore to catch them. So at first light -fish as much area as you can the bass are not far from you. Fish the west shore after the sun comes up in an attempt to extend first light (shadows on the water will do that). As the sun light moves onto the water the bass will start to move out from shore. By 11am they can be in 15 feet of water or more and that is harder to hit from shore. So look for steeper banks to hit deeper water. Move to the dam. This is all very basic the bass do this all the time in the summer. At the hottest part of the day look for shade on the water bass some times move a little shallower to feed in the shade. Use very productive lures that catch lots of fish so you get more feed back from the fish. Sunset look for calm water and try topwater.
Hope this helps!
Good luck!

just a word of caution...ExBassGuide doesn't know anything about hagg lake
:D lol
ON a serious note, all of rogers suggestions are great. When bank fishing early in the morning, lots of the fish come shallow like he said. I always find a better catch rate when being quiet and casting ahead of me. If you see the fish, it will see you as well. When that happens, it will just get harder to provoke them to bite.
good luck!
