This may not fit in to well with some of the other posts, but to me it is very important.
I lost my friend today, no not a person but man's best friend, my Brittany Spaniel, her name is Sadie, and if you have seen my boat (Roman's Empire) on the river you would have seen Sadie. She has been with me for the past eleven years. She developed a tumor in her stomach, that burst this morning filling her stomach with blood. She passed away this afternoon.
Sadie will be missed by not only me, but by the many friends she made during her life.

I am very sorry for your loss. I went through this not too long ago. As for belonging here, a loss is a loss. Obviously she meant a lot to you. I will pray for you. Balou :pray:

I'll say a prayer for you. A couple of months ago I had to have my best friend put down... She was a working cattle dog, and every day for the past nine years she was with me every time I headed out the door... I knew I was attached, but had no idea how much until I lost her....
Hang in there, time will help ease the hurt...

I feel sad for your loss, there are no more loyal and faithful friends than our dogs, Sadie was obviously blessed as well and had a wonderful life.
