Pitch and I fished Silver Lake today (Wed.). We got lots of action about 50 bites over 20 bass landed. The bass were on rocks, docks, pilings and in trees. The bass are very shallow and if you put a lure in front of them they will hit it, getting them out is a different story:D! I did get two good ones in the boat pitch hooked into some good ones but they got away THIS TIME. It was good to be out on the old girl once again:throb:(silver). I showed Casey some off shore rock piles and a place called the rocker hole.
Thanks Pitch for the trip and for the loan of your bass:D.

How do you get to Carnegie hall?

you fish every freaking day you can. I'm thinking about getting into tourny fishing and Time on the water is the best thing to do to prepare. With in the next year or two I will be jumping in! Some one will have one heck of a good back of the boat partner! I will be batting cleanup:meme:.

P.S. I got the 5 pounder on a wacky senko and 6 pound test! As soon as I landed the bass I changed out line to 10 lbs test:cool:. Luck is a good thing:excited:.
