Well, I am one of the lucky people. I finally got a big bass. I've tried for years to break the 7.5lb mark and have kept getting soooo close but know I finally got lucky. Actually, I was a bit disspointed that I COULD NOT let her go. But she was hooked in the gill and bled out. So, she' at the taxidermist. This one weighed in a 8.7lb.
