I have a 12' 7/8 wt custom built spey rod w/ a Hardy LA 9/10 viscount MK III reel. I had a local rod builder(and friend) build it about 6 years ago and have never used it the blank I believe was a loomis IMX blank the quality and craftmanship is outstanding and the reel I used about half dozen time with my 8 wt. The setup cost me around $600 and looking at what a rod alone goes for I got a pretty good deal, I would like to get $375 or would like to trade for good newer compound bow setup.

I don't know what kind of bow your looking for but I have a nice recurve I was thinking of selling. It is made by a Washington Bow maker named J.D. Berry. It is a model known as Viper and comes with an extra string, bow sock, traditional quiver, destringer and wood shaft arrows. I also have extra field points and broadheads with glue and tip shaver. The bow is in like new condition and has killed deer and elk. You can look it up if you google J.D. Berry Archery. The bow sells for $450. It is a traditional bow known as a reflex/deflex. If your not interested I understand, I figured you were looking for a compound bow.

Yeah, a compound bow is what I am after. Sorry, I should have been more specific on that, thanks though they are a very nice looking bow.

I have an old compound bow but it is not worth the cost of your rod good luck I would buy the rod but money is getting saved for Disneyland and Elk hunting this year rp

The blank is an IMX in mahogany and the wraps are burgundy which is the thread color I chose when I had it built. I double checked with my friend who built it right after I first posted the ad too confirm I was being accurate with my info.
