Had a few of you fellow ifishers ask if I had heard anything about the Kokanee Power derby at Diamond last week end?
I also found it strange they didn't follow-up with a post here after promoting it earlier.
Found out about it on their website.They appear to be happy with the results. I wish them well.

Sorry for the late report ,i stayed a little longer than planned ,The event was a huge sucess ,we had 87 entrants .Diamond lake resort provided 108 dinners ,and we all had a great time , It snowed most of the day saturday and was windy ,sunday was bluebird skys and near 70 ,Kieth Glenn from central point was the winner $2500.We had planned to pay down to 15th place but decided to pay to 20th . Plans are now in the works on a kokanee derby @greenpeter in late july more details will follow soon .Thanks to all of our sponsors and participants .I did meet a couple of i-fish members and it was great to talk after the derby and thanks for your membership and offer to help over at crescent .
