Juts wanted to put a quick note up and see if I could get a few more people praying for my step mom. I got a call last night from my dad, pretty upset, that it looks like my step mom has some pretty nasty stuff going on right now.
I don't know that much about breast cancer, its forms/types/etc. (YET!) but what he was able to tell me was that after a visit to several doctors & specialists, things have developed faster than any of them have seen before. From nothing detectable 6 months ago to bad stuff now. From the biopsies, EVERY TEST came back positive. They are performing a double masectomy next week to try to catch it before it spreads to lymph nodes.
