8hp Mercury Prop

I live in Oregon City and work in Tualatin. I have a newer motor that has some major prop issues. I need a new prop as mine is all banged up and has chunks missing. And the prop sits way out on the shaft with a ton of slop/play-way too much, even though the nut is tightened down all the way. Wonder if I am missing a bushing or something? Or maybe if tgw shsft is messes up ans has cone out some? Anybody know someone/some place that is good and fair and works on these?

If you have a cone in front of the nut the slop is normal. When you shift into reverse the prop slides back allowing the exhaust to exit in front of the prop instead of over the blades for higher reverse thrust
