Had the motor out on Billy Chinook last month and it worked fine the first part of the first day, then I start it up after sitting for a few hours and it will only come up to half the usual RPMs after awile it will cough a time or two and then wind out where it should be. I have never taken a small carb apart before, but this sounds like a carb problem to me. Do I need to go buy a gasket kit, rebuild kit or what. :pray: Help.
