East/Paulina Brown Trout Report

Just got back from 3 days on East. It is fishing very well for browns. My buddy and I got 70 browns and 16 were over 20 inches. The biggest went 7 lbs, and 5 others were over 5 lbs. The water temp was only 37, but the fish were aggressive and stuffed fat with every kind of minnow in the lake, kokanee, chubs and rainbows. Caught them all trolling a wide range of plugs. 4-6 inch baits were the best.

Another buddy struck gold with 2 hookjawed browns of 11+lbs back to back.

Paulina put out 2 browns of 14.5 lbs, and an incredible buck of 17.5 lbs in the last 3 days.

(that's me being speechless....again). Way to go guys! :applause: I know I'm getting married here shortly and that's obvioulsy #1 priority, but it's really starting to inhibit my fishing abilities right now. :D At least I'll be able to hit it hard in about a month or so. Congrats again on another great trip!
