I got married today, again.
My wife and I were originally married 20 years ago in a civil ceremony with the justice of the peace down at Lincoln City. Today, we had our marriage blessed in the Church by renewing our vows before our Lord and a small group of family and friends.
It was another step in our journey in faith. After coming into the Church at the Easter Vigil, it was important to us to make our marriage sacramental. It was a beautiful ceremony that we will remember for the rest or our lives.
I thank our Lord for blessing me with such a wonderful wife and the opportunity to pledge my love to her a second time in His presence.
