saturday i picked up my personal best smallie: 4lbs 6oz.
tubes, lipless and shakeyhead worms.
main river temp 55-57degrees; wind mild and out of the east on friday.
dang breezy out of the west by midday saturday.
an unbelievably fun and productive outing for me!

Joe,
Way to wack em. I am hoping to get out either this week or Saturday for some action. I has been a long fishless spring for me. Just have not had the time with a new baby, but I hope things will change a bit.

See you on the river.

That looks sweet! I've always wanted to go up there but I haven't fished for smallies so I don't want to end up wasting my gas. I'll have to just try it here real soon. Thanks for the report!
