Tournament at Fern Ridge?

I saw some bass boats on fern ridge today wile passing by the lake there was a green band around there motors. There were about five I saw by perkens peninsula. Does anybody know about this.

Dont be so supprised. There are a few clubs that have tourney's out there every year. It is becoming more popular because during the damn project and the water was low all year, people were catching BIG bass out of there. People were amazed by the size of some of those fish. So because of that they are now putting in the time that the lake never got before. I also heard RUMOR that one of the clubs is working in part with fish & Game and possibly the army coorp on a Bass enhancement project.:pray: If the rumor is true, that might not be so bad. 15 mins from home.

It was and Emerald Bass Club fishing at Fernridge. The winners had 20.07. Big fish of the tournament was 5.35.
