"Access across Brownlee Dam, Oxbow Dam and the Oxbow intake area has been restricted to employees only. All parks and day-use facilities remain open at the Hells Canyon Complex."

I'm thinking about heading to Woodhead for my brownlee trip this weekend, but read this on the Idaho power web site.

Does this mean I can't get across?

Sorry for the Newb question!...Also....does Hewitt have showers? are they remotely decent?

No! you cross the Snake River just below the Dam, unless your comming from the other direction from the Idaho side, thru weiser or Tamarack.

Hewitt does have showers, but they are coin-op. Stay instead at Woodhead, nicer place, the water will be up to the ramp so you can launch, and its not that much further down the road.
