Hawk, think you have a 50-50 chance. There still ice fishing on it but it has been warm here. Trying to get up there on Wed. Will give a report.

Yeah I'll be heading back up there either Wednesday or Thursday. Just depends on the ice conditions. The Rogue is sucking for salmon right now and Howard is a total bust for trout.

mcbaine,
I would assume you will be ice fishing, i dont see the lake thawing for a few weeks to have a big chunk of open water. Have you already been up there ice fishing? how did you do?

Here is a link to the thread where I posted some pictures: http://www.ifish.net/board/showthread.php?t=196624
I went up with my friend and we caught a limit of trout. He did let two go back though. Fishing was great, but the snow on top of the ice was getting soft in the afternoon. I'll be heading back up there tomorrow. I talked to the resort and they said there is a very soft layer of slush, 3ft of it, sitting on top of the ice. So it's going to be a slow going process to get out there that's for sure.
