I need help following what God wants me to do with my Jewelry that I make and where he wants me to use it. I know that the Lord gave me a beautiful talent. I have given away a lot of my Jewelry that I have made to friends and to fund raisers. I love giving it away because if God gave me the talent to do this I need to share it. Keep me in prayer that I can hear God speeking to me. Thank You

Joyce was so kind and generous to give our CCA banquet some of her fine jewelery. I know it will be the hit of the evening. It is so "joyful". Seems like a weird way to describe it, but it is true. It is bright and sunny, and my wife looks forward to bidding on it.
Thank you Joyce. You have a marvelous talent and a good heart too.

I'll pray too Joyce. When you ask the Lord for wisdom and direction, you can be totally sure that He will answer. Usually when the Lord speaks, it's that still small voice that Elijah recognized (I Kings 19) Because it is not more dramatic, people sometimes think that feeling they have in their heart is just their own thoughts...when in fact it's the answer they have been praying about

Thank You for your prayers. Also Thank You for your complaments they mean so much to me. The Lord has told me that just keep using your talent in the ways I have shown you by giving it away, giving to other people who need donations and if you make some money on the side use some of that money to bless someone with what they need.
God is so awsome how he still speaks to us. He sometimes whispers, or very clearly and also very loudly. Sometimes we can be deaf to his voice.

I'll also pray, Joyce.

:yeahthat: Great advice, Gp. Oh yes, it's that gentle nudging. How do we know that it's God speaking to us and it's not our own thoughts? Because the answer will always point to a righteous and loving direction for us to follow. The answer will always coincide with what God has revealed to us in His written word. If it's our own thoughts... well look out! :passout:
It's amazing how often God will speak to us through others too. A while back I needed some spiritual advice on something that was very personally troubling. I learned long ago that my own solutions are not usually the right ones, so I went to our Lord in prayer. The next morning driving to church I flipped on the radio and the pastor from Capital Park Wesleyan church was giving a sermon on that exact, specific issue. Then later that morning our own pastor dealt with the same subject once again in his sermon. All questions were answered! We know that God is always with us and always answers righteous prayers. He is forever so faithfull. :throb:
