Fun - local stocked lakes, Haddleman Pond!

FYI - just got back with the kids and wife out at Haddleman Pond on Sauvies Island. We got 3+ limits of stocker trout in 3+ hours of fishing and lost many more. Pretty much non-stop action for the kids and my wife. I could barely keep three rods in the water! :meme:

We were totally outfishing EVERYONE else with Putzkees Ball's-O-Fire... 24" of leader, single egg hook, one BB split shot about half way and a bobber was the rig of the day... only got a couple of fish on Powerbait, switched up and it was bingo, bango, bongo from there on out.

I was running a similar set up out at commonwealth the other day, it was just my son and I ( the other kids were elsewhere) and it was blammo, blammo, banko, with every fish. I think it has something to do with stocker fish, but isnt that fun watching the kids jump and be all excited about the fish? get any pics?
