Call a recycling place or a junkyard. Any place that buys scrap metal has lead, and most will sell it to you by the pound.

I have two 5 gal. buckets of old wheel weights that you can have. I already have enough in the garage. You can pick them up at my work. Maybe bring a couple of buckets because a 5 gal bucket is pretty heavey. cell 503-720-5295
