rod rebuilding

ive got an old rod that my dad gave me and it has no guides on it and it needs to be stripped and refinished and guides put on.so i was wondering if anybody was qualified to take on this top secret project (dont tell the tuna) and what it would cost.nothing to fancy i just want to fish it.
