Will be fishing the Tillamook area the 26th thru 28th...river conditions allowing. Can anyone tell me what the sand shrimp situation is?

TIP OF THE DAY: Snake River Steelhead love shrimp and shrimp scents. Add
shrimp oil and Rip Lips!!!! I use shrimp scent on every type of bait I use.
Marinade your coon shrimp or prawns in shrimp oil for 2 days before you fish
them. This will make them very soft which Steelies seem to love. Also put
shrimp oil on your eggs either as you fish them or in the curing process. I
guarantee if you are not experimenting with scents on your bait you are
missing out!
I use "Marie's Famous Shrimp Scents!"
