Talons,
I would have really liked to go, but, I didn't read this til I got to work today. I work Sunday through Wed. Is there any chance on getting a raincheck for this Thursday or Friday? I also have a good friend who would also like to go later this week. We would help with everything. Hope you did well today. Tom

Talons,
You might want to consider the Sandy for you trip. I heard the Lewis was a bit quick for a db today and yesterday. The Sandy has fish in it and the limit is 3 for the next week or so  Just watch the wind forecast, and as long as it's below 15mph it should be o.k. We went from Oxbow to Dabney today, 9- 3pm, great drift just a little wind.

So, do tell! How did you do?

Well I drifted the Sandy on Friday pulled plugs and bait and threw eggs fon nothing. Saturday nobody wanted to go so I took the day off. Sunday I drifted the N. Fork lewis we caught a 16 pound or so coho and had a stealhead on just above HAAPA park. Monday back to the Sandy and got blown up river so bad that I had to row to go down stream. Plus no fish

Talons, that wind on Sandy monday was terrible. I went up and fished for a couple hours in the park and was sure glad I decided to leave the boat at home. Watched a boat just below Stark Street really trying to hold a straight line and it was almost impossible. No fish for me either that day, water looked great.
