Looks like Benson Lake at Multnomah Falls and Hartman Pond right next to it, are the closest, most recently stocked places around.

I am headed to Pine Hollow. Should be ok and not too many people. I hear the fishing has been pretty decent at pine hollow and rock creek res. I don't mind traveling a little bit though.

I did fish Benson last sunday morning, the fishing was pretty good on the south side of the lake. all of the fish were weaker stockies but action is action.
