Just wanted to post a little update. Our 5 year old daughter is still battling leukemia. It has been 6 months since diagnosis, and things are going as good as they can....I hope. She is looking forward to fishing this summer as that is all she talks about. "When are we going fishing dad?" Soon buddy very soon! Thanks to everyone for your continued support it is the bright spot of this whole mess. There are a lot of wonderful people out there and we could not have done this with out you. Thank you!

I too will be praying for your daughter. Our God still does miracles! If only we could see from His eyes how very involved He is in the lives of people, we'd never again doubt for a moment that He intervenes time and again.

I will keep your beautiful daughter in my thoughts! I popped over to Avrey's webpage and loved it. Another excellent site for you to check out is Chemoangels.net. This is a fabulous non-profit organization that provides support to all of those undergoing chemo. Sign your daughter up and she will be assigned an angel that will send her notes, cards and gifts weekly to help brighten her days. I am a cancer survivor and a chemoangel. This organization is one of the best I have ever been associated with.

And me, too. Although no one can possibly imagine what it's like in our own personal cases, seeing our little ones, (no matter how big) struggle with these issues is really tough stuff.
