Brand new Yausu Vertex 2 meter handheld. No liscense yet though. Haven't really gotten into it like I thought I might.

My Dad is a "ham" WA6KPR I believe he has an advanced class. He has been involved since he was a young kid. Mostly just listens anymore though. I have never got my liscense sadly. Never could get an ear for the code. Did learn alot about how stuff works growing up. Remember helping him build heath kits and other things. It was fun.
