I see maybe 60 for the weekend, but not 70 in CO. I will still take 60 after this past week though happily. Good Luck if you make it out.

Yup, good looking stuff. Looks right to me! Good luck. Looking forward to your report. There have been school of fish in the lower Deschutes arm, mid lake just "upstream" from the confluence of Deschutes/Crooked rivers with the Metolious Arm, and up around 3 rivers and the island. Find a school and stick with them until you find out what they like. If they won't bite, go find another school, or stay after them until their mood improves.

I will probably not get there:(, doing the pushout on a new house:meme:. Your couple lures in the other thread look great. Pink pearl Gibbs are touted to be the ticket for jigging in LBC. You should hope for 60 degrees, if it gets to 70 you will also have to deal with jet-skis and ski-boats yarding around tubes and such. Tight lines, look forward to a report as to what I am missing while sitting on a backhoe less than five minutes from the ramp.

I'll be out at least one day this weekend. Too much happening at Wikiup to go there yet. I'll be in a white Duckworth chucking Kastmasters at the shiny fish! I got my downrigger mounted yesterday though, I may be trolling. Good luck!!!

Heading to LBC next weekend to try trolling for browns for the first time. My 3 kids were very dissapointed we missed salmon this year. Did not have the boat ready in time, before they closed the run down. I am realy in the need for good info on this lake and lures. Been reading as much posts as I can. Begging for someone to give up a few secrets (PM if you like), to ensure my kids get some good fish. We will be fishing out of a 19' alumaweld with downriggers. We also practice good catch and release. Only keeping the ones that aren't going to make it.

Went out 5/10 and my son landed a 29" bull on koke gear. Almost spooled him twice. We had to chace it down with the boat. Now he has one up on me. Maybe next time I can out fish him. As for the kokanee fishing is was ok. We got 8 on sat and 4 on sunday for fishing only 2-3 hours each day with 10-15 lost each day. Troll fenders and anything red as a lure tipped with white corn. The depth doesn't matter as we hooked fish with 2 oz of lead as well as no lead. Make sure that you check the regs as someone told me the limit of kokes went to 5. I have not checked up on that yet.
