I think that I witnessed some of the most un-sportsman like behavior that I've ever seen. I was fishing today at three rivers and the guy above me had just landed a fish and I had my line out of the water so that he may land his fish. When he was done he told me that it was alright to cast and I did. When the guy tried to reel up his line it was hooked at my feet, so I reached down to free it. Just then I thought that I felt a fish hit my line and when I reeled up the guy below me was dragging a fish in. I thought that I must have hooked his line so I free spooled while he RAN under the bridge. When I went to see if I could get my gear back I could clearly see him unwinding his line off mine. Then I could clearly see my corky and hook buried in the upper beak of the fish. He then looked up at me and said "I wondered who's this was" as he used his pliers to pull it out. Then he went throw it in his bag and I had to tell him that the corky and slinky were still attached to my rod. He seemed put out that he had to throw it back in the river. My buddie said that I should have said something but it's worth so like this. Sorry just wanted to vent.
