Andrew is trying to find a nice, cheapo place to live, near downtown.
He's 21, peaceful, a non smoker, non drug user who plays loud music. :)
He loves to cook and has a whole kitchen worth of supplies, so doesn't want to have to worry about stuff being stolen.
He's a musician and wants to be near where he'd like to play, downtown. He'd like to use Max or public transit.
He likes the downtown scene.
He may have something, but if anyone knows of something else we should look at, let me know, k?

I can very well say Jennie that finding a cheapo place downtown or near isn't very easy. Does he have any friends that are moving out also??? That is the only way that he could probably find a good place. I've been looking for a good 5 months for someplace near downtown portland... still can't find anything. :) Oh well.

Sorry Jen, but cheap and downtown are 2 words that can't be used in the same sentence. He's better off living in a dorm

Actually... there ARE places, but they are very far and few between!

The income restricted parts of the Pearl District can be afforadable. Might check there...
