I was just wondering What I would need to do to make sure my 1970 9.5hp Johnson is ready to run. It has not been in the water for at least 6yrs.
The friend of my fathers who used to work on the motor for my dad and I passed away this last summer.
I have never had anyone else work on motor nor did I work on the motor without Bob looking over my shoulder.
So if anyone knows of a good mechanic skilled at mantinance on older motors or just good advice on what I need to do to make sure the motor is ready to run.
