I recently bought a 12 ft aluminum boat. It has a slow leak. What's the best way to locate the leak or leaks and the best way to repair the leaks.

Put boat on saw horses add water until leaks show themselves. mark with sharpie flip over n repair.Repair depends on type of leak.

Most likely going to be at a weld. Coat inside of the welds with dish soap and blow compressed air on the seam from the bottom. Look for bubbles and fill with sillycone, just kidding. Ampro in Clackamas will do small repairs for a reasonable price.

Try tipping it upside down on a pair of sawhorses and look for light leaks. If that doesn't work try the others posted above.

And if that doesn't work I've got a 14' mirrocraft w/ a 25 hp evinrude I want outta my driveway that runs great and doesn't leak. :D
